(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police has arrested 25-year-old Dynasty Williams following a domestic incident in the community of Hampton Green Townhouses – New Castle. On Monday, June 12, 2023, at 8:59 p.m., Officers were dispatched to the unit block of Baylis Street in reference to a domestic incident involving a firearm.

Upon arrival, Officers contacted the victim who reported that Dynasty Williams physically attacked her and a second victim. The victim stated that Dynasty also removed a handgun from her waistband and threatened them with the weapon prior to fleeing.

Following additional investigative steps, Officers charged Dynasty with one felony count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one felony count of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, three felony counts of aggravated menacing, one misdemeanor count of terroristic threatening, and two misdemeanor counts of offensive touching. Dynasty turned herself into NCCPD headquarters on June 15, 2023. Officers also executed a search warrant at her residence and recovered two firearms. Dynasty was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held at Delores J. Baylor Correctional Institution in lieu of $25,602 cash bail.
