(New Castle, DE 19720) Today, July 12, Colonel Joseph Bloch promotes Senior Sergeant Alexandra Knorr to Lieutenant and Master Corporal Brian Lucas to Sergeant

Lieutenant Knorr began her career with New Castle County Division of Police in October 2011. During her career, she has been assigned to the Patrol Division and the Criminal Investigations Unit as a Detective in the Family Services, Special Investigations and Major Crimes. She was promoted to Sergeant in July 2019 and supervised personnel in Patrol Squads C and D before returning to Patrol Squad D where she is currently assigned.

Sergeant Brian Lucas began his career with the New Castle County Division of Police in February 2007. During his career, he has been assigned to the Patrol Division Squad A and the Mobile Enforcement Team. Sergeant Lucas was also in the Criminal Investigations Unit Major Crimes Squad before being transferred back to Patrol Squad B where he is currently assigned.
