(Wilmington, DE 19810) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 15-year-old Cadence Hicks of Wilmington. Cadence left her residence on September 7, 2023 and hasn’t been contacted since. All efforts to locate Cadence have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her welfare.

Cadence is described as a black female, 5’00”, 115 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. There is no last known clothing description at this time. She may be heading to an unknown location in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
