(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a gold alert for 44-year-old Jonathan Elliott. Jonathan sent messages that caused concern for his welfare and safety. All efforts to locate Jonathan have been unsuccessful.

Jonathan is described as an adult black male, 5’10”, 260 pounds, with brown eyes and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with blue jeans.
