(Bear, DE 19701) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 47-year-old Francis Barba of Bear. On Sunday, October 8, 2023 Francis made statements that caused concern for his welfare. All efforts to locate or contact Francis were unsuccessful.

Francis is described as a white male, 6’02”, 230 pounds with brown eyes. There is no last known clothing description.
