(New Castle, DE 19720) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently conducting four separate fatal heroin overdoses. The incidents occurred in communities within Bear, Newark, and Wilmington. The cause of death for each individual has yet to be determined by the Delaware Division of Forensic Science.
