(Newark, DE) The child was located safely in Philadelphia. The child was left at a Wine and Spirits store near the 2700 block of N American Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Members of the Philadelphia Police Department responded to the scene and later transported the child to a local hospital to be evaluated. Detectives and Officers with the New Castle County Division of Police have responded to Philadelphia. The stolen vehicle is still missing at this time.
The stolen vehicle is described as a 2010 Nissan Altima with Delaware registration 562644. The vehicle has damage to the rear passenger door. Detectives are also still looking for a black SUV that was used during the incident. Photographs of both vehicles have been attached.
