(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police Cold Case Squad continues to investigate the 2019 murder of Jahlil Patton. On December 31, 2019, at 11:12 p.m., Jahlil Patton was located next to his motor vehicle which had crashed on the roadway of Taylor Drive, Newark, Delaware. Jahlil later died as a result of a gunshot wound to his upper body.
