(Wilmington, DE 19808) In December 2023, patrol units responded to the area of Middleton Drive and Longspur Drive in Limestone Hills for a hit and run of an electrical utility box. When officers arrived on scene, they located a maroon 1992 Buick Le Sabre with significant damage. The operator of the Le Sabre had fled the area leaving behind two 18-year-old female passengers who were transported to a local area hospital for minor injuries, where they were treated and released.

Through investigation, it was discovered 21-year-old Daniel Jochen of Wilmington, was operating the car at the time of the crash. Multiple attempts to locate and contact Daniel have been unsuccessful.
