(Newark, DE 19702) – The New Castle County Division of Police is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an identity theft investigation.

On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, an unknown female used a stolen identity and forged the victim’s signature to withdraw funds from a bank account.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 50 to 60 years old, with shoulder-length dirty blonde hair. She was reported to walk with a noticeable limp and speak with a raspy voice.
