(Wilmington, DE. 19808) On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at approximately 2:26 a.m., Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Milltown Road for a report of a suspicious person using power tools and dragging objects across a property.
Upon arrival, Officers observed large utility cables hanging from telephone poles at the intersection of Milltown Road and McKennan’s Church Road that had been cut. They were then informed that the suspect had fled the area just as they arrived.
