(Wilmington, DE 19810) Patrol officers with the New Castle County Division of Police are currently investigating multiple reports of tire slashings in multiple communities in North Wilmington. During the overnight hours and early this morning, officers were dispatched to multiple reports of tires being slashed in the Wynnwood and Brandywood communities. As of this time, there are approximately 30 separate reports.
We are asking residents to:
Check your vehicles for any signs of tampering or damage.
Review home or business surveillance cameras for suspicious activity.
Report any information or tips that may assist in this investigation.
