(New Castle, DE 19720) On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police, along with officers from other Delaware agencies, were recognized at the 2025 MADD Law Enforcement Awards Ceremony.

Presented by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), this annual ceremony honors the outstanding dedication of law enforcement officers who go above and beyond to combat impaired driving and keep our roads safe.

We are incredibly proud of our 2025 NCCPD recipients — OFC Kiser, OFC Iuliano, OFC Dvorak, and OFC Belk — for their hard work and commitment to this vital mission.

A special congratulations goes to OFC Belk, who received the MADD Lifetime Achievement Award as a four-time recipient, and the Leadership & Teaching Award for his continued efforts to educate others about impaired driving.
