COLD CASE HOMICIDE: JAHLIL PATTON (2019)

Investigation Details:

On December 31st, 2019, at 11:12 p.m., New Castle County Police responded to a report of a subject lying outside a vehicle.

Upon arrival, Officers discovered Jahlil Patton next to his crashed vehicle on Taylor Drive, near the intersection with Emerson Place. Jahlil Patton later died from the gunshot wounds.
