(Wilmington, DE 19808) On Friday, April 10, 2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Old Capitol Trail in response to a report that multiple mail packages, totaling approximately $3,700, had been stolen from a business.

Officers initiated an investigation and reviewed evidence, which led to the identification of a Hyundai Elantra as a possible suspect vehicle. Through continued investigative efforts, officers identified 31-year-old Briana Hubbard of Wilmington as the suspect.

On Sunday, April 26, 2026, Briana Hubbard was located at her residence, taken into custody, and transported to New Castle County Police Headquarters, where she was charged with the following offenses:

• One felony count of receiving stolen property over $1,500
• One felony count of conspiracy in the second degree

Hubbard was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
