New Castle, Del. 19720 – On Saturday, September 12, 2026, at approximately 6:24 p.m., officers from the New Castle County Division of Police responded to the 100 block of Parma Avenue in the Arbor Place Townhouses community for a reported shots-fired incident.
Upon arrival, officers located several fired cartridge casings on the roadway. Fortunately, no one was struck by gunfire. However, a vehicle was found to have been struck by gunfire.
Detectives from the Division’s Criminal Investigations Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
During their investigation, detectives identified a Subaru with a Pennsylvania registration plate and a Chevrolet Silverado with a Delaware registration plate as possible vehicles involved in the incident. Detectives utilized Automated License Plate Reader technology to identify the vehicles and obtain their registration information. Both vehicles were later located in another local community in New Castle.
Through their continued investigative efforts, detectives identified 32-year-old Antonio Feliciano, Jr., of New Castle, as the suspect who discharged a firearm on Parma Avenue following an altercation involving several individuals.
On Sunday, September 13, 2026, Feliciano turned himself in to New Castle County Police Headquarters, where he was charged with the following offenses:
- Two Felony Counts of Reckless Endangering First Degree
- One Felony Count of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- One Misdemeanor Count of Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
Feliciano was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $95,000 cash bail.
Antonio Feliciano, Jr – 32
