(New Castle, DE 19720) Earlier today (May 22), patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to Thorn Lane, in the community of Rosegate, for a missing person report. Upon their arrival, the officers learned that 33-year-old, Eunice Marie Bultes had left the residence with her two children (both boys). Before she left, she had made statements to a friend that caused a concern for her welfare.

The officers also learned that she and her two sons were observed getting into the back seat of a vehicle, driven by an older male,.  The vehicle displayed Pennsylvania tags (possibly an Uber or Lyft).  Bultes has no connections to Delaware and is believed to have family in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Eunice Marie Bultes is a Hispanic female, 5’3”, 140lbs, brown eyes, long brown hair with one side of her head shaved.  She was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
