(Middletown, DE 19709) Last Tuesday (May 19), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Thomas Drive, in the community of Thomas Cove, for the report of a theft of a package.

When the officers arrived, they learned from the victim that her surveillance system recorded footage of a person stealing packages off her front porch.  When the officers watched the footage, they saw that UPS delivered two packages to the address, and then about two hours later a black male suspect removed a package and fled.  The suspect was wearing a medical mask, a white t-shirt, light blue shorts, and white sneakers.
