(New Castle, DE 19720) Today (Sept 8), Colonel Vaughn M. Bond, Jr made multiple promotions to the ranks of Lieutenant and Sergeant.

Senior Sergeant Matthew Botterbusch was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.  Lieutenant Botterbusch joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 1998 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Unit, Special Operations Unit, and most recently has been assigned as the Patrol Executive Officer.

Senior Sergeant Justin Breslin was also promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lieutenant Breslin joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 2006 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Unit and most recently has been assigned to the Professional Standards Unit.

Senior Sergeant Erin Browne was also promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lieutenant Browne joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 2004 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Unit and most recently has been assigned to the Professional Standards Unit.

Master Corporal Tracy Duffy was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.  Sergeant Duffy joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 2004 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, Community Engagement Specialist, Professional Development Unit, and the Research, Accreditation, Media and Policy Unit (PIO).

Master Corporal David Graham was also promoted to the rank of Sergeant.  Sergeant Graham joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 2006 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, and Criminal Investigations Unit

Corporal Kevin Mackie was also promoted to the rank of Sergeant.  Sergeant Mackie joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 2012 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, and Criminal Investigations Unit

Corporal Christopher Rau was also promoted to the rank of Sergeant.  Sergeant Rau joined the New Castle County Division of Police in 2011 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division, and Criminal Investigations Unit.
