(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police is attempting to identify the suspects in the attached photographs in reference to an unauthorized use of payment card. Officers are currently investigating a theft where the victim’s credit card was stolen and later used to conduct multiple fraudulent purchases.
