(New Castle, DE 19720) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are attempting to locate 11-year-old Anselme Kronyanh of New Castle. On Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:50 p.m. officers were dispatched to the unit block of Shetland Drive – New Castle in reference to a missing person report. Officers arrived on scene and learned that Anselme fled from his residence and was unable to be located. Multiple officers responded to the surrounding area however, all efforts to locate Anselme have been unsuccessful.

Anselme is described as a black male, approximately 5’03”, weighing 108 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
