(Wilmington, DE 19809) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 28-year-old Donyel Starkey of Wilmington. On Wednesday May 17, 2023, Patrol Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Cloister Road in reference to Donyel Starkey making threats to harm himself and an acquaintance. Officers responded to the area however, Donyel fled from the location. All attempts to locate and contact Donyel have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his safety and well-being

Donyel is described as a black male, 5’10”, approximately 270 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange Kappa sweatshirt and sweatpants.
