(Wilmington, DE 19805) Detectives with the New Castle County Division of Police Safe Streets Task Force have charged 19-year-old Dylan Cole with multiple felony charges following an investigation. On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, Detectives with the Safe Streets Task Force served a search warrant at a residence in the Elmhurst community in reference to an investigation involving Dylan Cole. While on scene Detectives located a handgun, hollow point ammunition, fentanyl, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Dylan Cole was taken into custody without incident and was transported to NCCPD headquarters. Detectives discovered that the firearm was reported stolen out of New Castle County in reference to a separate investigation.

Dylan Cole was charged with;

Three felony counts of possession of a firearm/ammunition by a person prohibited.

One felony count of receiving a stolen firearm.

Two felony counts of manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance

One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia not related to personal use.

He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held in lieu of $38,500.00 cash bail.
