(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 32-year-old Marquis Washington. Marquis made statements and sent text messages that caused concern for his welfare. All attempts to locate and contact Marquis have been unsuccessful and there is a serious concern for his health and safety.

Marquis is described as a black male, 5’8″, 152 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. He may be driving a dark blue Nissan Altima with a Delaware license plate.
