(Delaware City, DE 19706) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 25-year-old Timothy Marshall of Delaware City. Timothy left his residence on October 22, 2023, after making comments that caused concern for his welfare and safety. Officers responded to the area however, all efforts to locate or contact Timothy were unsuccessful.

Timothy is described as a white male, 5’09”, 170 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, a black zip-up jacket, and Nike sneakers.
