(Newark, DE 19713) The New Castle County Division of Police is asking for the community’s help in identifying the individual shown in the attached images. This unidentified male is suspected of theft and unauthorized use of a payment card. According to the victim, the unidentified suspect stole their credit card while at Planet Fitness and afterward used it at Family Dollar on Marrows Road in Newark to buy gift cards.
