(Newark, DE.19702) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 36-year-old Steven Burns, who was last seen walking away from his residence in the unit block of Strauss Way in Newark at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Despite extensive efforts, officers have been unable to locate or make contact with Steven. There are serious concerns for his health and safety.

Steven is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white hoodie with black accents and black shorts.

Steven was reportedly in the Perryville, Maryland, area for a period of time, but it is currently unknown if he remains there or has traveled to another location.
