(Bear, DE.19701) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 31-year-old Raquel Jack. She was last contacted by phone around 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, while staying at a residence in the 700 block of North Huckleberry Avenue.

Despite extensive search efforts, officers have been unable to locate or contact Raquel, and there are serious concerns about her health and safety.

Raquel is described as a white female, approximately 5’11” tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue short-sleeved Nike T-shirt and black yoga pants. She may be traveling in a red Dodge Ram pickup truck with an unknown registration and staying at an unknown location in the Holloway Terrace area of New Castle.
