COLD CASE HOMICIDE: LAWERENCE PHILLIP (2005)

Investigation Details:

On November 8, 2005, officers were dispatched to 139 Parma Avenue in the Arbor Place community for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located Lawrence “Frost” Phillip suffering from a gunshot wound. The incident was reported as a possible robbery, during which four suspects approached the victims on foot from a path behind the residence.

The suspects were described as wearing dark clothing. Witnesses reported seeing two vehicles leaving the area at the time of the shooting: a gray Dodge Intrepid and a mid-1990s four-door white Cadillac, possibly a Deville, with a white paper tag taped to the rear window.
