Victim: Howard Smallwood, 63-year-old male

Investigation Details:

On April 15, 2013, at approximately 7:48 p.m., officers with the New Castle County Division of Police responded to the Riverview Place Apartments following a 911 call.

Upon arrival, they located the deceased body of Howard Smallwood inside his residence.

The victim had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
