New Castle County Police are currently searching for 72 year-old Benigno Negron missing from the community of Breezewood.

(Newark, Del. 19713) Today (May 7) New Castle County Police were dispatched to the unit block of S. Skyward Dr for the report of a missing person. Police learned that Benigno Negron has been missing from his residence since yesterday (May 7) at approximately 4:35 p.m. Benigno Negron requires medication and his family is concerned for his welfare.

Benigno Negron is a white male, 5’03” tall, 180 pounds with grey hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and green t-shirt. He is operating a gray over green 2004 Chevy Impala with Delaware registration 40367.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Benigno Negron to contact New Castle County Police by dialing (302) 573-2800. Smart phone users can also text 911.

New Castle County Police have identified 47 year-old Oletha Willingham as the woman found deceased in her home earlier this morning.

(New Castle, Del 19720) Today (May 7) at approximately 2:30 a.m., New Castle County patrol officers were dispatched to the unit block of Carleton Ct for a check on the welfare. Police located a woman inside the residence deceased under suspicious circumstances.

During the course of the investigation, police learned that the victim’s vehicle was missing from her residence. The vehicle is described as a 2007 black Ford Edge with Delaware registration PC71928 and may be with Lynn “Deszi” Harris.

Detectives are attempting to locate Lynn “Deszi” Harris and are concerned for his welfare.
