Jacqueline made comments that caused concern for her welfare and safety. Jacqueline then fled from her residence along with Timothy Marshall who is also reported missing at this time. All efforts to locate or contact Jacqueline have been unsuccessful.

Jacqueline is described as a white female, 5’00”, 109 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with a hood.

Timothy left his residence on October 22, 2023, after making comments that caused concern for his welfare and safety. Officers responded to the area however, all efforts to locate or contact Timothy were unsuccessful.

Timothy is described as a white male, 5’09”, 170 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, a black zip-up jacket, and Nike sneakers.

(Wilmington, DE 19805) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 14-year-old Serenity Hullinger of Wilmington. Serenity left her residence on October 22, 2023, after making comments that caused concern for her safety and welfare. All efforts to locate or contact Serenity have been unsuccessful.

Serenity is described as a black female, 5’3″, 110 pounds, with auburn hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, blue ripped jeans, and white/pink Nike shoes.
