Joseph Rhoades has been found in Delaware City.

The New Castle County Police are currently searching for Joseph Rhoades, a 67-year-old man missing from the unit block of Nieole Avenue in New Castle.

(New Castle, Del.-19720) The New Castle County Police responded to a home in Overview Gardens at approximately 1:00 p.m. today  for a missing persons report.  Officers arrived and learned Joseph was last seen on Friday (11/11) morning leaving the residence on foot.

Joseph left without taking his prescribed medication which was last taken on Thursday. His medication is necessary and important to his health. Joseph is known to frequent neighborhoods along the New Castle Avenue corridor as well as the McDonald’s located at the intersection of New Castle Avenue and West Avenue.

Joseph Rhoades is described as an African-American man, 5’10’’ tall, weighing approximately 200lbs.  He was last seen wearing a brown hat, beige jacket with a hood, gold striped dress shirt, black pants and black sneakers.
