The New Castle County Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the photograph. The subject in the photograph is suspected to be responsible for multiple acts of Sexual Harassment.  Complaints have been filed in Chelsea Estates Parkland and more recently in the Delcastle Recreation Area. 

(Wilmington, DE 19801) This morning (Aug 19) officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the Delcastle Recreation Area for a Sexual Harassment complaint.  When they arrived the officers interviewed the elderly female victim.  They noted the similarities between this incident and the sexual harassment reports from earlier this month in the Chelsea Estates Parkland.

Today the subject is described as white male, thin build, approximately 5’7″.  He was wearing all black, black baseball cap black hair and a scruffy beard.
