  • Strategy:

New Castle County continues to take advantage of advancements in the law enforcement field.  We rely on the use of data, crime analysis, crime mapping and other analytic tools, regarding effective policing strategies to deploy our officers on overtime.  We will seek valuable training for our officers to enhance their potential.  Lastly, we will purchase a canine and officer wellness equipment to ensure the well-being of our officers.
