(New Castle, DE 19720) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are attempting to locate a male suspect in reference to an indecent exposure report. On Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 12:32 p.m. Patrol Officers responded to the area of Stockton Drive and Stabler Court in the community of Stockton – New Castle for a report of an indecent exposure.

Upon arrival to the area, officers located an 18-year-old victim. The victim reported she was walking home at which time a Hispanic male called her over to his vehicle to ask for directions. The victim stated that when she looked inside the car the suspect exposed his genitalia.

The victim described the suspect as a 40-year-old Hispanic male with dark-colored hair wearing a light gray t-shirt and light blue khaki shorts. The suspect’s vehicle was described as an older model silver Nissan Rogue SUV with dark window tint. The vehicle was last observed driving away towards Basin Road.

Officers conducted a property check of the surrounding area but could not locate the vehicle. Officers gathered surveillance footage from the incident that captured the silver SUV.
