(Wilmington, DE 19809) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 62-year-old Joseph Truono of Wilmington. Joseph left his residence after he made comments that caused concern for his welfare. It was reported that Joseph may be in possession of a firearm. All efforts to locate and contact Joseph have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his health and safety.

Joseph is described as a white male, 5’09”, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark-colored shorts and might be driving a burgundy 1996 Ford van.
