(Wilmington, DE. 19809) The New Castle County Division of Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a package theft on Shipley Road.

On Wednesday, March 13, 2025, a package containing a credit/debit card was stolen from a front porch. The card was subsequently used to withdraw cash and make unauthorized purchases.

Surveillance footage captured the suspect, who is described as a Black female wearing a white zip-up jacket and a white hat. She left the area in a gray Nissan Altima or Maxima.
