(Newark DE. 19702) The New Castle County Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown male involved in a fraud investigation in the 800 block of North Silversmith Lane in the Christina Green neighborhood.

On Monday, March 17, 2025, at 9:54 a.m., surveillance footage captured the suspect arriving in a green minivan. He attempted to conceal his face while searching for a package on the victim’s porch. Later, the Victim received a bill from a cell phone provider stating that an account had been fraudulently opened in their name and that a new phone had been delivered to their residence that same day.
