New Castle County Police have arrested 53 year-old Buel Mutter for dealing in child pornography.

(Newark, Del. 19713) Earlier this year, detectives from the New Castle County Police Family Services Unit received information that Buel Mutter possessed child pornography on his home computer located in the 600 block of Manfield Dr.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for the contents of Mutter’s computer. During the search, detectives located 25 images related to child pornography.

Buel Mutter was taken into custody by detectives yesterday (March 23), without incident. He was charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography. He was arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute for failing to post $1.25 million cash bond.

New Castle County Police are currently looking for 69 year-old Herley Johnson missing from the community of Darley Green.

(Claymont, Del. 19703) Today (March 24), New Castle Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Darley Green Dr for the report of a missing person. Police learned that Herley Johnson left his residence in the afternoon on Friday to travel to Pennsylvania. He phoned a family member advising that he was lost in the area of Moorestown, New Jersey. There is a concern for his welfare due to his health conditions.

Herley Johnson is described as a black male, 5’4” tall and 165 pounds. He is operating a white BMW 330i with Delaware registration PC38242.
