On Monday July 3, 2023, Bruce made statements that caused concern for his safety and welfare. All attempts to locate and contact Bruce have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his well-being.

Bruce is described as a white male, 6’1”, 250 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans, a dark colored shirt, and Asics sneakers.
