(Bear, DE 19701) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 31-year-old Isaiah Cooper of Bear. Isaiah made concerning statements about his welfare on July 15, 2023. Isaiah left his residence in Bear, DE traveling to an unknown location possibly in Maryland. All efforts to locate and contact Isaiah have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his health and safety.

Isiah is described as a black male, 6’3″, 170 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and black shorts.
