24/7 Human Trafficking Hotline

The New Castle County Division of Police continues to investigate human trafficking cases, follow leads, and work to identify and support victims throughout New Castle County and surrounding areas. Delaware’s first and only Human Trafficking Hotline provides direct access to law enforcement and victim services for victims, concerned individuals, and those reporting suspected incidents.

Human trafficking occurs in two primary forms: sex trafficking and forced labor. Traffickers exploit adults and children for profit by forcing them into labor or commercial sex. Any commercial sex act involving a person under 18 is a crime, regardless of force, fraud, or coercion.

The New Castle County Human Trafficking Hotline is available 24/7 for assistance or to report suspected human trafficking in New Castle County, throughout Delaware, or surrounding areas.
